Prime Day 2022

WHY I LOVE

A simple, yet celebratory visual treatment was extremely successful. The design allowed the value messaging to shine making it easy for customers to identify and shop deals. This creative strategy resulted in the highest sales in Amazon Fresh store history. In addition, 8 stores sold over $100k in one day - no store in AFS had previously hit that number.

WHY IT STUNG

Inventory depletion was a challenge as deals changed leading up to the launch of the event. I had to pivot from price-specific signage to a more generic event-focused narrative which was more successful in the end.

WHAT I LEARNED

Over communicate when collaborating with peers and working with cross-functional teams. Set up weekly creative brainstorms, check-in with stakeholders, send email updates, etc. because it will result in higher-quality work.
