They drove 10x more organic views than other tutorial videos. Why? Because these how-to videos are rooted in human truths that teach through the lens of topics and scenarios that our owners deeply care about.

Once a year, Samsung pulls hundreds of reporters, analysts and industry folk into one room for an event it calls “Samsung Unpacked,” where the company shows off all of their latest devices. There’s always a lot of talk and excitement across social media leading up to the event.
To fuel the conversation I created a game fans didn’t even know they were playing.
During Unpacked, the Samsung team doled out points in reply to tweets about the new phones and their features. Users accrued points as we generated buzz around our ambiguous replies.
